- The standard design includes one pet. The DUO Silhouette Cutout Pendant is designed for two pets.
- Each pendant is individually created and finished by hand, so slight variations in outline, engraving, texture, and weight are natural.
The Customization Process
- Choose Your Photo: Select a clear, well-lit photo that clearly shows your pet’s outline and distinctive features. Full-body photos are recommended for full silhouette designs.
- Submit the Image: Upload it directly on our product page or email it to hi@pawstarry.com with your order number. Please include any name, date, short message, or symbol you would like engraved.

We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and artwork quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.
Production Time: Each Halo necklace requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.

- Silhouette Cutout Pendant: Approximately 4 ± 0.5 g. The finished dimensions vary with your pet’s outline and may be made larger upon request.
- DUO Silhouette Cutout Pendant: Custom-sized to accommodate two pet silhouettes.
- Two Layered Disc Pendant: Approximately 2 cm / 0.8 in in diameter and 6 ± 0.5 g.
- Irregular Disc Pendant: Shape and measurements vary slightly according to the selected portrait composition.
- Rope-Edge Relief Disc Pendant: Approximately 2 cm / 0.8 in in diameter and 5.5 ± 0.5 g.
- Scalloped Edge Relief Disc Pendant: Approximately 2 cm / 0.8 in in diameter and 5.5 ± 0.5 g.
- Sterling Silver Chain: Approximately 18 in / 45 cm, a versatile everyday length that generally rests near the collarbone.

Care Instructions
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Keep away from perfume, lotion, household cleaners, chlorine, and salt water.
- Fine silver and sterling silver may naturally develop a soft patina over time.
- Gently polish the silver with a soft jewelry cloth to restore its shine.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, stiff brushes, and excessive rubbing over engraved or raised details.
- Store separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box to reduce scratching and tarnishing.

Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
