Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time:
    Custom products begin production within 24 hours after your order is placed. Most items are completed and ready to ship in about 10 business days. For more complex or intricate designs, production may take up to 15 business days. Each product is carefully crafted with precision and care.
  • Shipping Time:
    Delivery typically takes 6–10 days for most destinations, and in rare cases may extend up to 15 days due to unforeseen events such as severe weather. Thank you for your patience.
  • Shipping Method:
    All orders are shipped from our workshop in China via SF International or Yun Express.
  • Shipping Fee:
    Free shipping for all orders.

Modifying Your Order

If you would like to make changes to your custom order, please let us know within 24 hours so we can update it in time. After 24 hours, production will have begun, and changes can no longer be made. Also, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. This ensures we maintain the high quality and precision expected in each custom Pawstarry product. 

Cancelling Your Order

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, customization begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Tax Policy

We have already covered customs duties, you can shop with confidence, and no extra fees will be charged.
