Saremo lieti di perfezionare i piccoli dettagli prima dell’approvazione finale, affinché il ritratto sia proprio come desideri. Per preservare la composizione originale e la qualità del disegno, non possiamo modificare la foto di riferimento né accettare ridimensionamenti importanti, rotazioni o una rielaborazione completa.
- Approvazione finale e politica sui resi: Una volta iniziata la produzione, l’ordine non può essere annullato, rimborsato, restituito o sostituito, salvo in caso di problemi di qualità produttiva.
Tempi di produzione: Ogni piatto richiede 3–7 giorni lavorativi per la personalizzazione, seguiti da circa 7–10 giorni lavorativi per la spedizione.

Each personalized urn is crafted with the utmost care and respect for your companion. Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.

- Daily Care: Simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or water.
- Environment: Keep the urn away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme humidity or heat sources (like radiators), which can cause the wood to dry out.
- Long-term Nurturing: Every few months, you can apply a thin layer of natural beeswax or food-safe mineral oil. As you gently buff it in, the wood will absorb the oil, deepening its rich grain and developing a smooth, beautiful patina shaped by your care.
