3. Review the Draft: Please check both your inbox and spam folder. We will email you the portrait draft for confirmation before production.

   We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and artwork quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.

4. Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Production Time: Each Selah urn requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.
