• The standard design includes one pet, a simple background, and optional personalization such as your pet’s name, dates, or a short message.
• Multiple pets or a specially requested background may require an additional customization fee.
• Crafted from ceramic with a fitted lid and a clean, timeless silhouette.
• Each urn includes a moisture-absorbing packet for placement inside.
• Small black specks, subtle bumps, shallow marks, or slight surface variations may occasionally occur during ceramic firing. These natural characteristics do not affect the urn’s appearance or use.

To help you choose with care, the size guidance below is based on your pet’s approximate weight before passing. The exact space needed may vary depending on how the remains are prepared and whether they are placed inside an inner bag or container.

These recommendations are intended as a thoughtful sizing guide. When your pet is close to the upper weight limit, or when an inner bag or container will be placed inside, choosing the larger size allows a little extra room.

The Customization Process

1. Choose Your Photo: Select a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face and distinctive features. Two photos may be combined when one image does not capture every detail clearly.
2. Submit the Image: Upload it directly on our product page or email it to hi@pawstarry.com with your order number.

3. Review the Draft: Please check both your inbox and spam folder. We will email you the portrait draft for confirmation before production.

   We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and artwork quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.

4. Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Production Time: Each Zora urn requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.

Care Instructions

• Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Dry promptly and avoid soaking the urn or lid.
• Keep the included moisture-absorbing packet inside and replace it when needed.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal pads, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture.
• Do not place in a dishwasher, microwave, oven, or sterilizing cabinet.
• Keep on a stable surface and handle carefully to prevent chips or cracks.
• Minor handmade marks and subtle ceramic variations are natural and do not affect use.
