- Review the Draft: Please keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder. We will email you the design sketch to confirm if any adjustments or modifications are needed before production.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: As this isa fully personalized piece, a final design confirmation will be required before shipping. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.
Every piece undergoes a dedicated custom production cycle of 3 to 7 business days, followed by a standard shipping time of 7 to 10 business days. A tribute born from deep love and hand-drawn artistry takes time—but we promise the moment you open it, it will be absolutely worth the wait.

Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.
