   We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.

4. Final Approval & Return Policy: Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Production Time: Each plate requires 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.
