• Each charm is individually shaped, painted, and assembled by hand. Slight differences in color, texture, stitching, and portrait details make every piece unique.

Dimensions & Sizing

Choose the charm size based on how subtle or prominent you would like the portrait to appear:

• Standard: Approximately 2.6 in / 6.5 cm in diameter
  A compact and lightweight option for keys, smaller handbags, and everyday accessories.
• Larger: Approximately 3 in / 7.5 cm in diameter
  Offers a more noticeable portrait with additional space to showcase your pet’s facial features and markings.

Measurements refer to the round vegan leather charm body and do not include the attachment strap or metal clasp. As each portrait is individually handmade, slight variations in finished size and placement may occur.

The Customization Process

1. Choose Your Photo: Select a clear, complete, and well-lit front-facing photo of your pet. Photos showing the full face, ears, and distinctive markings provide the best reference for sculpting.
2. Submit the Image: Upload it directly on our product page or email it to hi@pawstarry.com with your order number.

3. Review the Draft: Please check both your inbox and spam folder. We will email you the design sketch for confirmation before production.

   We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.

4. Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Production Time: Each Nori charm requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.

Care Instructions

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid soaking, machine washing, or rinsing directly under running water.
• Keep away from alcohol, perfume, oils, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, high heat, and direct sunlight.
• Do not bend, press, or scratch the raised portrait details.
• When not in use, store flat in a cool, dry place to help maintain its shape and finish.

• Small black specks, slight bumps, brush variations, or minor color differences may occur naturally in handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
