We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.

To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
