Choose Your Details
Select your complimentary charm, preferred chain style, and pendant bail style. Please refer to the product details below for all options. If you are unsure, leave us a note requesting the default style and we will choose the most suitable option. -
Review Your Draft
We will email a portrait draft for your approval before production—please check your inbox and spam folder. Small refinements can be accommodated, but we cannot change the reference photo, significantly resize or rotate the design, or redraw it entirely. *Please make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout, as we will use it to send your design draft for approval. -
Production & Shipping
Final approval is required before production. Each Opal necklace takes approximately 3–7 business days to customize, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping. As this is a personalized piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted after approval unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Measurements refer to the approximate longest dimension of each pearl. As natural baroque pearls are individually formed and measured by hand, the finished shape and size may vary slightly.
Care Instructions
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray, household cleaners, chlorine, and salt water.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, and excessive rubbing over the painted portrait.
- Do not soak the pearl or expose it to prolonged moisture, high heat, or direct sunlight.
- Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to reduce scratching and protect the portrait.
- Handle the pearl and pendant hardware carefully, as natural pearl surfaces are delicate.

Photo Guide for the Perfect Pendant
Better photos make better jewelry. For the finest engraving quality, please upload a high-resolution, original photo instead of a screenshot. Make sure it is a close-up shot with your pet looking straight at the camera in bright, natural light without any harsh shadows across their face.

A complimentary charm is included with each piece. Choose from a gold-tone or silver-tone setting and your preferred color: red, black, clear, light pink, rose pink, light purple, royal blue, olive, or green.

Chain Options
A complimentary adjustable chain is included with your pendant. You may choose your preferred chain style from options A–I, subject to availability.
Each chain measures 40 cm with an additional 5 cm extension chain, allowing an adjustable total length of 40–45 cm.
Choose Your Pendant Bail
Choose from alloy pendant bails in a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. Option 1 is the polished pendant bail included by default; Option 2 is a decorative fixed bail; and Options 3–4 are smaller pendant bails for a more delicate look. Front and side views are provided to help you select your preferred style.

Each personalized urn is crafted with the utmost care and respect for your companion. Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.
Premium Black Walnut is a living material that grows more beautiful over time. To preserve its natural warmth and deep luster, we recommend the following care:
- Daily Care: Simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or water.
- Environment: Keep the urn away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme humidity or heat sources (like radiators), which can cause the wood to dry out.
- Long-term Nurturing: Every few months, you can apply a thin layer of natural beeswax or food-safe mineral oil. As you gently buff it in, the wood will absorb the oil, deepening its rich grain and developing a smooth, beautiful patina shaped by your care.
