The Customization Process

1. Upload Your Pet’s Photo
   Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face and distinctive features. Upload it on this page, or email it to support@pawstarry.com with your order number. 
2. Choose Your Details
   Select your complimentary charm, preferred chain style, and pendant bail style. Please refer to the product details below for all options. If you are unsure, leave us a note requesting the default style and we will choose the most suitable option.
3. Review Your Draft
   We will email a portrait draft for your approval before production—please check your inbox and spam folder. Small refinements can be accommodated, but we cannot change the reference photo, significantly resize or rotate the design, or redraw it entirely. *Please make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout, as we will use it to send your design draft for approval.
4. Production & Shipping
   Final approval is required before production. Each Opal necklace takes approximately 3–7 business days to customize, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping. As this is a personalized piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted after approval unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

• Round Pearl: Approximately 16 mm / 0.63 in
• Long Oval Pearl: Approximately 18 mm / 0.71 in
• Large Square Pearl: Approximately 25 mm / 0.98 in
• Chain Length: Approximately 40 cm + 5 cm extender / 15.7 in + 2 in extender

Measurements refer to the approximate longest dimension of each pearl. As natural baroque pearls are individually formed and measured by hand, the finished shape and size may vary slightly.

Care Instructions

• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray, household cleaners, chlorine, and salt water.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, and excessive rubbing over the painted portrait.
• Do not soak the pearl or expose it to prolonged moisture, high heat, or direct sunlight.
• Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to reduce scratching and protect the portrait.
• Handle the pearl and pendant hardware carefully, as natural pearl surfaces are delicate.

• 盛り上がった立体的なディテールが、平面プリントよりもペットの形、色合い、表情を鮮やかに表現します。
• 丸いヴィーガンレザーのベースにセットし、縁には手縫いのステッチが見える仕上がりです。
• メタル製の回転式クラスプ付きで、ハンドバッグ、バックパック、鍵、その他のアクセサリーに簡単に取り付けられます。
• 控えめなアクセントにも、存在感のあるポートレートにも合わせられる2サイズ展開です。
• すべてのチャームは、一つひとつ手作業で成形、塗装、組み立てを行っています。色、質感、ステッチ、ポートレートのディテールにはわずかな違いが生じるため、一点ごとに個性があります。

寸法とサイズ

ポートレートをどの程度控えめに、または印象的に見せたいかに合わせて、チャームのサイズをお選びください：

• 標準：直径約2.6インチ / 6.5 cm
  鍵、小さめのハンドバッグ、毎日使うアクセサリーに適した、コンパクトで軽量なサイズです。
• 大きめ：直径約3インチ / 7.5 cm
  より存在感のあるポートレートに仕上がり、ペットの顔の特徴や模様を表現するためのスペースも広くなります。

寸法は丸いヴィーガンレザー製チャーム本体を指し、取り付けストラップやメタルクラスプは含まれません。ポートレートは一つひとつ手作業で制作されるため、完成時のサイズや配置にはわずかな違いが生じる場合があります。

カスタマイズの流れ

1. 写真を選ぶ：ペットの正面から撮影した、鮮明で全体が写っており、明るさも十分な写真をお選びください。顔全体、耳、特徴的な模様が写っている写真が、彫刻の最適な参考資料になります。
2. 画像を送信する：商品ページから直接アップロードするか、注文番号を添えてhi@pawstarry.comまでメールでお送りください。

3. 下書きを確認する：受信トレイと迷惑メールフォルダーの両方をご確認ください。制作前に、確認用のデザインスケッチをメールでお送りします。

   最終承認前であれば、ポートレートがイメージどおりになるよう、細かな点の調整を承ります。ただし、元の構図と描画品質を保つため、参考写真の変更や大幅なサイズ変更、回転、完全な描き直しには対応できません。

4. 最終承認と返品ポリシー：完全オーダーメイドの商品であるため、制作前に最終デザインの確認が必要です。承認後は、製造上の品質問題がある場合を除き、返品・交換をお受けできません。

制作期間：Noriのチャームは、カスタマイズに約3～7営業日、その後の配送に約7～10営業日かかります。

お手入れ方法

• 柔らかい乾いた布、または少し湿らせた布で優しく拭いてください。
• 水に浸したり、洗濯機で洗ったり、流水で直接すすいだりしないでください。
• アルコール、香水、油、強い化学薬品、研磨剤入りクリーナーに触れないようにしてください。
• 長時間の湿気、高温、直射日光を避けてください。
• 盛り上がったポートレートのディテールを曲げたり、押したり、引っかいたりしないでください。
• 使用しないときは、形状と仕上がりを保つため、涼しく乾燥した場所で平らに保管してください。

特徴・素材

• 写真をもとに制作する、手描きのペットポートレートです。
• 耐久性のある陶器に、滑らかな釉薬仕上げを施しています。
• 安全な陶磁器用顔料で仕上げ、高温で焼成してデザインを定着させています。
• 800°Cまでの耐熱性があり、電子レンジ、スチームオーブン、滅菌キャビネットで使用できます。
• 装飾的な縁や花柄のデザインを数種類ご用意しています。
• 小さな黒い点、わずかな凹凸、筆跡の違い、軽微な色の差は、手作り陶器に自然に生じる場合があり、不良品とはみなされません。

4. 最終承認後のキャンセル・返品ポリシー：制作開始後は、製造上の品質問題がある場合を除き、注文のキャンセル、返金、返品、交換はできません。

制作期間：各プレートのカスタマイズに3～7営業日かかり、その後、発送に約7～10営業日かかります。
