We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.
Production Time: Each Eterna urn requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping. A keepsake created with this much care takes time, and we hope it brings comfort when it arrives.
Dimensions & Sizing
To help you choose with care, select the urn size based on your pet’s approximate weight before cremation. Each size is designed to hold the cremated remains typically returned for a pet within the recommended weight range.

The space needed may vary slightly depending on the packaging provided with your pet’s remains, such as a keepsake bag or inner container. If your pet is close to the upper weight limit, we recommend choosing the larger size for a little extra room.
Care Instructions
- Wipe the ceramic body gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry promptly.
- Clean the ebony wood lid with a dry, soft cloth only.
- Do not soak the urn or place it in a dishwasher, microwave, oven, or sterilizing cabinet.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal pads, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to help preserve the portrait and natural wood.
- Place on a stable surface and handle carefully to prevent chips, cracks, or damage to the lid.
- Minor handmade marks, wood-grain variations, and subtle surface differences are natural characteristics of the materials.

Each personalized urn is crafted with the utmost care and respect for your companion. Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.

- Long-term Nurturing: Every few months, you can apply a thin layer of natural beeswax or food-safe mineral oil. As you gently buff it in, the wood will absorb the oil, deepening its rich grain and developing a smooth, beautiful patina shaped by your care.
