We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.
Production Time: Each Nori charm requires approximately 3–7 business days for customization, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for shipping.

Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.

To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
