- 写真をもとに制作する、手描きのペットポートレートです。
- 耐久性のある陶器に、滑らかな釉薬仕上げを施しています。
- 安全な陶磁器用顔料で仕上げ、高温で焼成してデザインを定着させています。
- 800°Cまでの耐熱性があり、電子レンジ、スチームオーブン、滅菌キャビネットで使用できます。
- 装飾的な縁や花柄のデザインを数種類ご用意しています。
- 小さな黒い点、わずかな凹凸、筆跡の違い、軽微な色の差は、手作り陶器に自然に生じる場合があり、不良品とはみなされません。
カスタマイズの流れ
- 写真を選ぶ：ペットの顔全体が写った、鮮明で明るい写真を選んでください。制作開始後は写真を変更できないため、慎重にお選びください。
- 画像を送信：商品ページからアップロードするか、ご注文番号を添えてhi@pawstarry.comまでメールでお送りください。

下書きを確認：確認用のデザインスケッチをメールでお送りします。受信トレイと迷惑メールフォルダーの両方をご確認ください。
最終承認前であれば、ポートレートが理想どおりの仕上がりになるよう、細部の微調整を承ります。元の構図と描画品質を保つため、参照写真の変更や、大幅なサイズ変更・回転・完全な描き直しには対応できません。
- 最終承認後のキャンセル・返品ポリシー：制作開始後は、製造上の品質問題がある場合を除き、注文のキャンセル、返金、返品、交換はできません。
制作期間：各プレートのカスタマイズに3～7営業日かかり、その後、発送に約7～10営業日かかります。

Better photos create better custom pieces. For the clearest and most detailed result, please upload a high-resolution original photo rather than a screenshot. Choose a close-up image with your pet facing the camera, taken in bright, natural light. Make sure their face and key features are clearly visible, with no harsh shadows, blur, filters, or obstructions.

Each personalized urn is crafted with the utmost care and respect for your companion. Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.
Premium Black Walnut is a living material that grows more beautiful over time. To preserve its natural warmth and deep luster, we recommend the following care:
- Daily Care: Simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or water.
- Environment: Keep the urn away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme humidity or heat sources (like radiators), which can cause the wood to dry out.
- Long-term Nurturing: Every few months, you can apply a thin layer of natural beeswax or food-safe mineral oil. As you gently buff it in, the wood will absorb the oil, deepening its rich grain and developing a smooth, beautiful patina shaped by your care.
