- Review the Draft: Please check both your inbox and spam folder. We will email you the design sketch for confirmation before production.We’re happy to fine-tune small details before final approval so the portrait feels just right. To preserve the original composition and drawing quality, we’re unable to change the reference photo or accommodate major resizing, rotation, or a complete redraw.
- Final Approval & Return Policy: As this is a fully personalized piece, final design confirmation is required before production. Once approved, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality issue.

Custom products begin production within 24 hours after your order is placed. Most items are completed and ready to ship in about 10 business days. Because the custom engraving and finishing process requires meticulous attention to detail, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to you.
Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once crafting begins. To ensure everything is perfect, we will send you a digital preview of the final design for your approval before production. Once you confirm the appearance and details, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Please note that to avoid delaying your order, if we do not receive a response within 3 business days of sending the preview, it will be treated as approved, and we will proceed to production and shipping. If you have any adjustments, please let us know during this preview stage.

- Daily Care: Simply wipe the surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or water.
- Environment: Keep the urn away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme humidity or heat sources (like radiators), which can cause the wood to dry out.
- Long-term Nurturing: Every few months, you can apply a thin layer of natural beeswax or food-safe mineral oil. As you gently buff it in, the wood will absorb the oil, deepening its rich grain and developing a smooth, beautiful patina shaped by your care.
